He Frowned

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
1He frowned and turned away.
2Because the blind man came to him.
3But how do you know? Perhaps he was seeking to purify himself.
4Or be reminded, and the message would benefit him.
5But as for him who was indifferent.
6You gave him your attention.
7Though you are not liable if he does not purify himself.
8But as for him who came to you seeking.
9In awe.
10To him you were inattentive.
11Do not. This is a Lesson.
12So whoever wills, shall take notice from it.
13In honorable pages.
14Elevated and purified.
15By the hands of scribes.
16Noble and virtuous.
17Perish the human being! How ungrateful he is!
18From what thing did He create him?
19From a drop He created him. Then He proportioned him.
20Then He eased the way for him.
21Then He puts him to death, and He buries him.
22Then, whenever He wills, He will resurrect him.
23But no, he did not fulfill what He commanded him.
24Let the human being look at his food.
25How We pour down water in abundance.
26Then crack the soil open.
27And grow in it grains.
28And grapes and herbs.
29And olives and dates.
30And luscious gardens.
31And fruits and vegetables.
32As sustenance for you and for your livestock.
33But when the Deafening Blast comes to pass.
34The Day when a person will flee from his brother.
35And his mother and his father.
36And his spouse and his children.
37Every one of them, on that Day, will have enough to preoccupy him.
38Faces on that Day will be radiant.
39Laughing and rejoicing.
40And faces on that Day will be covered with dust.
41Covered by darkness.
42These are the faithless, the vicious.
